On May 1, 2025, Libera Food & Beverage, Inc. acquired the operating rights to all five locations of the Oceania and Portuguese cuisine restaurants ‘Arossa’ and ‘Manuel.’ These restaurants have been cherished by many customers for their authentic Australian, New Zealand, and Portuguese cuisine, complemented by a carefully curated selection of wines. There will be no changes to the existing operational structure, and all locations will continue to serve high-quality dishes and provide excellent service as usual.
