The Libera Group traces its origins to 1951, when it opened a pachinko hall in Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture. In 1965, Nagamori Shoji, Inc. (now Libera Gaming Operations, Inc.) was established, laying the foundation for the Group’s pachinko hall and real estate businesses.

Today, the Group operates pachinko halls primarily in the Kanto region, as well as one location in Ishikawa Prefecture. While maintaining the pachinko hall business as its core operation, the Group conducts a diverse range of businesses, including real estate, through its group companies.

Since 2020, the Group has strengthened the operating foundation of its core pachinko hall business through the acquisition and merger of pachinko hall operators. Since 2024, the Group has also diversified its business portfolio by expanding into the food and beverage, hotel and hot spring facility, relaxation, and lifestyle support businesses. In 2024, the Group acquired a hot spring facility business, followed by the acquisition of restaurant and relaxation businesses in 2025. In February 2026, Libera Gaming Operations, Inc. acquired 100% of the shares of a pachinko hall operator, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. In May 2026, Libera Food & Beverage, Inc. acquired 100% of the shares of Pain au Lait, Inc., the operator of the Pain au Lait bakery business, marking the Group’s entry into the bakery business. In October 2026, Libera Gaming Operations, Inc. acquired 100% of the shares of Mifuku Kigyo, Inc., the operator of the Mifuku pachinko hall, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.

The Group will continue to pursue sustainable growth in corporate value by improving the profitability of its existing businesses and further expanding its business portfolio.
