Company profile

Libera Group traces its origins to 1951, when it opened its first pachinko hall in Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture, Japan. In May 1965, Nagamori Shoji, Inc. (now Libera Gaming Operations, Inc.) was established, forming the foundation of our pachinko and real estate businesses.

Today, our pachinko hall operations are primarily concentrated in the Kanto region, with one additional location in Ishikawa Prefecture. Pachinko operations remain our core business, and together with our real estate operations, we conduct business through multiple group companies.

Since 2020, we have strengthened our operational foundation by acquiring and merging pachinko operating companies.

Beginning in 2024, we expanded our business portfolio beyond pachinko into food and beverage, hotel and spa, relaxation, and lifestyle support services. In 2024, we acquired a hot spring bathhouse business. In 2025, we acquired restaurant and relaxation service businesses. Furthermore, in February 2026, we acquired 100% of the shares of a pachinko operating company, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.

Going forward, we aim to enhance the profitability of our existing businesses and further expand our business portfolio, thereby achieving sustainable growth in corporate value.
