On February 20, we acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Ginza Fureai Park Co., Ltd., thereby making it a wholly owned subsidiary of our Company. Ginza Fureai Park Co., Ltd. operates the pachinko hall “Ginza Hall 707,” and this acquisition is intended to expand our Group’s core pachinko hall operations business. As a result of this acquisition, the total number of pachinko halls operated by our Group has increased to twelve.
