We have installed solar panels on the roofs of several of our outlets in an effort to reduce greenhouse effect gas such as carbon dioxide.

We will be aware of environmental issues such as global warming, and work on environmental measures to protect the global environment, aiming to realize a society with less environmental burden.

Contribute to the well-being of society in collection of eco caps and pull-tabs
We collect a cap of a plastic bottle and participate in “eco cap movement” and “Pull-tab collection movement”. The collected resources are reused, the reused resources are of use to society in promoting recycling, protecting the environment, and creating new jobs.

Addressing Gambling Disorder
While providing the fun of Pachinko and Pachi-Slot, we understand that we have responsibility to address Gambling Disorder, and we make a move through putting posters inside outlets and communication with customers in collaboration with Industry organization and supporting organization.

Addressing to curb passive smoking
All pachinko halls are required take measures to improve the environment for separation of smoking areas due to Amendment of Health Promotion Act in April 2020. This amendment in law have had a positive influence to both smokers and non-smokers because the environment for playing have been clean.

Making the good environment for seniors to work longer
We understand all associates are human capital. We have introduced re-employment system at retirement age for employees seeking re-employment, in principle, provided that certain conditions are met. Because we know they have the skills to hand down to next generation.

Subsidy system for sick child day care
We have introduced a subsidy system which employees can use in case that they need to use a sick child care specialist, nurse, childcare worker, or childcare nurse on behalf of guardians when the children is needed to nurse.

Counseling for Associates
We have set up a counseling counter to receive any worries or concerns from associates about the workplace from associates. And, we consciously improve the working culture for making the comfortable store where the associates can work with healthy in mind, body and spirit.
